The ICU Project, Inc. is a community-focused nonprofit in Augusta, Georgia, working with young people and developing adults across the Augusta River Region.

Our mission

The ICU Project, Inc. positively transforms the trajectory of at-risk youth through immersive, experiential exposure. By meeting basic needs, fostering meaningful relationships and creating transformative experiences, we help young people discover possibilities beyond their current circumstances and empower them to choose their own path.

Our vision

We envision a future where every young person has been exposed to enough opportunity, hope and possibility to believe they have a choice, and possesses the confidence to pursue it.

What we take on

The issues facing disenfranchised youth and developing adults in the Augusta River Region.

    Supplies for new mothers

    Members of The ICU Project donated new-mom supplies to families during the pandemic.

  • Ongoing

    Operation Morgan Rd.

    Toiletry carts and hygiene essentials for 60 students at a local alternative middle and high school.

  • Summer 2026

    Legacy Village Exposure Camp

    Eight Saturdays of exposure, leadership and real-world skills for ten young people ages 14 to 17.
